Do I need wifi for smart home products?

Yes, smart home products use wifi to connect to the apps on your smart phone. Some will function without wifi, however you will not be able to access them remotely.


How much do you charge for installation?

Installation typically ranges between $75-$125 per product.


What do your services include?

Following the consultation, we will purchase the products, install them in your home, teach you how to use each one, then provide a 30 day service warranty following the installation.

Do you offer service calls?

Yes, if you need support after the 30 day service warranty, you can call to schedule a service call.  We're happy to adjust or fine-tune your products so everything is functioning just how you want it. 


Do you purchase the products?

Yes, we will purchase the products that each customer selects.  We will bring them to your home the day of installation and include them on the final invoice.


Are you locally owned?

Yes, we’re a locally owned, St. Louis based company.


What areas around St. Louis do you serve? 

We serve the Greater St. Louis area, from St. Charles County to Collinsville and everywhere in between.


What wifi company do you recommend in St. Louis?

We aren’t sponsored by, nor work for any wifi companies; however, we like to recommend Spectrum or AT&T Fiber.  We have found the speeds are faster and the connection more reliable over other providers.  


Do Nest and Ring cameras require a subscription?

Subscriptions are not required; however, if you want the most benefits from the cameras, cloud video storage subscriptions are always recommended.  


Which cameras and doorbells are battery-powered?

Ring and Nest are by far the most popular battery-powered cameras and doorbells that we install.  

How quickly can you get the products?

Based on availability, we can usually get each product in approximately 1 week.  


Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, following installation, we provide a 30 day service warranty on all products.  However, each product is subject to their companies product warranty. 


Will you teach me how to use each new product?

Yes, following installation, we will spend as much time as needed teaching you how to use all of your new smart home products.  

What if I have a question after you leave?

Feel free to call or text up to 30 days following installation.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as direct payment through Venmo, PayPal and Zelle.
